Tucked into the South Shropshire hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Edgton B&B is just outside the the centre of Edgton village, in The Old Vicarage. It makes a good base from which to explore this beautiful part of Shropshire. Ludlow, Shrewsbury and the Ironbridge Gorge are not far and less well-known gems such as Bishops Castle, Clun and Presteigne also close by. There is great walking on the Long Mynd, Cardingmill Valley and Stipperstones. Our nearest mainline train station is at Craven Arms about five miles away and, if travelling by car, we are about five miles west of the A49.
