Whether you are looking for a single room for one or more nights, or are a single person or small group looking for a longer stay, a warm welcome is extended to visitors to Bellevents Guestroom/s. Flexible accommodation options include private rooms/entire suite comprising part or whole of the first floor of this light and airy eco home, suitable for individuals, couples, or group bookings of 3-6 people.
Suite comprises two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted from King to Twin bedded, plus a sitting room with dining table that can be converted to a third bedroom with two pull out beds, Nearby shared bathroom and utility room with microwave/fridge / tea / coffee / basic breakfast or light snack making facilities, plus washing machine, clothes drying rack and iron.
Free Wifi. Guest accommodation is a TV free zone, however you are welcome to watch on personal devices.
Large double or large twin £55 per night, single occupancy £47
Small double £49 per night, single £42.
Group of four £89 per night
Group of five or six people £120 per night.
Basic self catered breakfast provision is included in the prices above and special dietary requirements such as gluten free can be catered for with advance notice.
A cooked breakfast can also occasionally be booked in advance for an additional £8 depending on availability of local, organic / high animal welfare standard products.
Due to Covid vigilance
Thorough regular cleaning is carried out between guest reservations including sanitisation of regularly touched surfaces. Good ventilation is a constant.
At this point in time mask wearing on the premises is a personal choice. However appropriate social distancing and face covering measures may be re-introduced at times when there is concern about high incidence of a new variant in the locality.
NB . Please ask Fiona for directions to the property as Google maps can be slightly misleading.
Space in the private car park is restricted Bells Court property owners only, however once you have unloaded next to the steps, there is free car parking nearby. Bikes can be safely locked up in the covered courtyard outside the house
Shoes must be removed and kept in ground floor lobby as first floor guest suite is a shoe free zone.
Non-slip slipper socks are provided for ascending uncarpeted wooden staircase to carpeted first floor.
