On Tuesdays and Saturdays, from 1st May to September 30th, our experienced tour guide will be ready to meet you at the Lychgate into St John’s Church at 6.30.

They’ll take you on a walking tour around the town finishing up by the Market Square (between the Three Tuns and the Castle Hotel) just over an hour later.

The cost is just £3 per person (children free)

A special tour for your club, society or just a group of friends.

We can arrange a guided tour at a time to suit you provided your party has four or more people; many groups combine a tour with a meal in one of the excellent places to eat in the town.
