Kerry Vale Vineyard is a family-run business, owned by husband and wife team Russell and Jan Cooke
Situated on the Shropshire side of the Welsh / English border at the eastern tip of the Vale of Kerry – an rural area of exceptional beauty, just 3 miles south of the charming town of Montgomery.
Planted in 2010, the land on which Kerry Vale Vineyard sits is of great archaeological interest. It once formed part of the Roman Fort of Pentreheyling.
The Vineyard has a contemporary visitor centre with a cellar door shop selling a range of artisan products. It also hosts a popular Cafe where you can enjoy homemade cake or a glass of wine, complemented by delicious locally sourced food prepared in the vineyard kitchen. Daily specials made from high quality locally sourced food. Gluten free and Vegetarian options available.
Kerry Vale Vineyard is open from March to Christmas. Tours are scheduled every Saturday, Sunday and Thursday from April to September. We also take bookings for private tours at other times by special arrangement.
The Café and shop are open from Wednesday to Sunday (closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
