The Town Hall is an 18th Century Grade ll* listed building which sits proudly at the top of the town with wonderful views of the town and countryside. Following the major renovations it was re-opened to the public in 2014 and provides Art Exhibitions, Monthly Flea and Farmers Markets, regular Craft and Book Fairs, Music Concerts and Talks, as well as hosting weddings.

NB Visitors travelling from afar are advised to phone the Town Hall on 01588 630023 to check that the Town Hall is open, as occasionally we have to close for a few hours for weddings.

The Town Hall is also a venue for a variety of community activities and events.
The Town Hall can be hired for meetings, training events, private parties and is a licensed Wedding Venue.
